While a student at Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University, Antoine formed a 5-member brass band with other members of Phi Mu Alpha Fraternity, Inc. The ensemble, 3-Point Brass Band, quickly became a household name in Tallahassee performing anywhere from Student Government Association events on campus to local music festivals to restaurants and venues around the city. Heavily influenced by brass bands such as Rebirth and Hot 8, along with a heavy hip-hop and jazz influence, Antoine arranged music that gave the group a unique and identifiable sound that was second to none.
